1. Start>Run>Type "cmd">Click "Ok"
2. On CMD windows Type "sfc /scannow" >hit enter
That will scan for windows error and replace corrupt/missing files. It may ask for your windows disc. Follow the below steps :
3. Start>Run>Type "cmd">Click "Ok"
4. On CMD windows Type "sfc /purgecache" in the box that opens>hit enter>Type "sfc /scannow">hit enter.
Apply in Windos xp sevice pack 1/2/3.
